We know / knew that we'd lose market share and customers over this, but we didn't have a lot of choice in the matter. I wish I could replace every keyboard that has a problem since the whole hostile takeover thing with Samick started. Warranty periods are designed for a reason - we wouldn't want customers coming back to us with K1000's trying to get full unit replacement because it just finally died (not saying that's you - just giving you an example). We're doing the best we can with our own situation.

Am I to understand from your post that only warrant parts are being released? I figured the service parts would be releases as well.
